In The Beginning...

• Nacho Platter Our hand cut tri-colored nachos with seasoned beef or chicken smothered in cheese, onions, jalapenos, black olives and tomatoes with sour cream and salsa.
• Chicken Quesadilla Grilled, cripsy, plain or mild buffalo, with green onions, tomatoes, black olives, jalapenos and blended cheddar and mozzarella.
• Our Signature Grump Chips Thick-cut potato chips warmed with a sprinkling of spiced parmesan cheese shreds and Gorgonzola dipping sauce. Regular or large order.
• Deep Fried Whole Green Beans Lightly breaded and served with our own Cucumber Ranch dipping sauce.
• Spinach Artichoke Dip Baked and served with treber crackers and tortillas.
• Wisconsin Cheddar Curds Deep-fried white cheddar curds served with rich honey mustard dressing. Regular or Large order.
• Wings One dozen deep-fried wings. Choose Buffalo, Teryaki, Thai Chili or Chipotle sauce.
• Hummus Toasted flatbread served with our house made hummus with celery and carrots.
• Fit-to-be-Tied Onion Laces Shredded onion ties fried golden brown and served with our own onion sauce.
• Loaded Fries or Chips Smother our black bean chili over: Beer battered fries, waffle fries or our Grump Chips
• Steak Quesadilla Marinated steak, grilled onions, gorgonzola, olives, tomatoes, and blended mozzarella.
• Your Basically Delicious Cheese Quesadilla A generous portion of our cheddar and mozzarella blend.  Add grilled chicken breast or a bunch of veggies as an option (What are they? Artichokes, portabella mushrooms, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, black olives and green onions)

• Pan fried Walleye Sandwich Wisconsin’s favorite fish lightly dusted and gently fried, served on a toasted hoagie roll with our own tartar sauce.
• Ribeye Steak sandwich Hand-cut, slow-roasted ribeye with grilled onions, served on a toasted hoagie roll.
• French Dip Thinly sliced, slow roasted prime rib piled high on a soft hoagie roll with or without melted swiss cheese and a cup of hot au jus on the side.   add sautéed mushrooms as an option
• Under-the-Bridge Reuben  It’s over the top!  Lean corned beef grilled with fresh sauerkraut and set on thick cut marbled rye bread, finished with 1000 island dressing and melted swiss cheese. 
• Towering Turkey Club A triple-decker featuring thinly sliced turkey, thick-cut smoked bacon, cheddar cheese, lettuce and tomato stacked on thick toasted sour dough with mayonnaise.
• Chicken Bacon Melt Fresh grilled chicken breast with thick-cut smoked bacon, tomatoes and melted cheddar cheese served on grilled sourdough.
• Black Bean Open Faced Sandwich Spiced black beans with tomatoes, green onions and melted cheddar on a wheat pita. Salsa and sour cream served on the side.
• Steak Wrap Marinated steak, lettuce, tomato, crumbled gorganzola, grilled onions, black olives and horseradish sour cream.
• Turkey Club Wrap Sliced turkey breast wrapped with applewood-smoked bacon, tomatoes, fresh romaine, blended mozzarella cheddar and rounded off with a pesto mayonnaise dressing.

• Troll’s Best Beer and Cheese Soup Creamy, three-cheese soup (cream cheese, parmesan, and mozzarella), made with our own Trailside Wheat beer and flavored with vegetables and spicy andouille sausage.
• Vegetarian Black Bean Chili Southwestern-style chili, slightly zesty and served with a topper of shredded cheese and green onions.
• Chicken Enchilada Creamy tomato-based and full of chicken, fresh tomatoes, sweet corn, black beans, green peppers, and green onions, flavored with southwest spices and topped with cheese and colorful tortilla strips.
• Soup and salad Paired with a house salad and a home-style corn muffin.
• With ½ Sandwich Choose grilled sourdough or marble rye with Corned Beef and Swiss or Turkey and Cheddar or Ham and Swiss.

Fresh Garden Salads
Dinner salads are served with a home-style corn muffin and choice of dressings: French, Ranch, Bleu Cheese, 1000 Island, Raspberry Vinaigrette, Light Italian or Oil and Vinegar.

• Grilled Chicken Gorgonzola Salad Cool crisp greens with grilled chicken breast, tomatoes, red onions and a blend of cheeses topped off with a burst of incredible crumbled gorgonzola.
• Grilled Salmon Summer Salad Grilled Alaskan salmon on mixed spring greens with strawberries, blueberries, toasted almonds and gongonzola served with a side of apple cider vinaigrette.
• Mandarin Asian Salad Grilled or crispy chicken on mixed spring greens with mandarin oranges, red onions, crispy chow mein noodles, and dashed with Asian Mandarin dressing.
• Ensalada Fiesta Spiced ground beef or seasoned hand-pulled chicken on mixed greens with our own warm black bean chili, mixed cheese, green onions, tomatoes, black olives, jalapenos and a side of salsa and sour cream.
• Simple House Salad A side salad portion of fresh greens, tomato wedge, cucumber slice, onions, and croutons with a parmesan blend cheese.

• The Grumpy Troll Our signature burger grilled to order and topped with thick-cut applewood smoked bacon, cheddar cheese and served with a side of zesty BBQ.
• Skogstroll Named for the mushroom loving forest troll, and topped with a heap of sliced mushrooms and Swiss cheese.
• Tall Troll Burger Two 7 ounce patties served with Swiss and cheddar cheese, and topped with a heap of onion laces. Short Troll Burger featuring one 7-ounce patty with cheddar cheese.
• Cajun Bleu Burger Cajun spice beef patty topped with applewood-smoked bacon and crumbled bleu cheese.
• Patty melt Put a fresh 7 ounce patty on toasted marble rye, add a slice of Swiss, a slice of cheddar, and top it with grilled onions.
• Hamburg Brat A double flavored treat! A grilled Wisconsin brat on top of a 7 ounce beef patty with melted cheddar and sauerkraut.
• The Happy Troll A 7 ounce burger with melted cheddar and topped with cool shredded lettuce and our own spicy sauce.
• Create Your Own Burger Start with a basic burger. Stop there or move yourself nearer to contentment! For a small additional charge you can add: Swiss, cheddar, pepperjack, gorganzola,grilled onions, sauteed mushrooms, jalapenos, green olives, black olives, pineapple, BBQ sauce, mayo, or bacon.

Note: consuming raw or undercooked meats may increase your risk of food borne illness. Our burgers are 100% Angus Beef cooked medium well unless otherwise requested.

• Artichoke Cakes Artichoke hearts and a bit of tasty bread stuffing fried into two moist cakes topped with marinated tomato basil salad and served with tender fresh steamed asparagus.
• Lake Shore Lunch Fry Lake Perch dusted, fried and served with choice of potato or cole slaw.
• Chicken Salad and Fruit Our homemade, all white meat chicken salad with red onions, celery, almonds, and savory herbs served with an array of seasonal fruit.
• Focaccia Flat Bread Grilled flat bread with a topping of fresh tomatoes, artichoke hearts, buffalo mozzarella, and new asparagus. Finished with olive oil and fresh basil.
• Chicken Pomodoro Sauteed chicken, tomatoes, garlic and basil topped with penne pasta.

*Sides available with all wraps and sandwiches:  Beer battered fries, seasoned waffle fries, grump chips or cole slaw. Substitute a cup of soup or an extra sauce or cheese for an additional charge. Sauces include BBQ, gorgonzola, BBQ mayo, garlic mayo, tartar, yellow mustard, mustard mayo, spicy mustard, honey mustard, ranch, cucumber ranch, bleu Cheese, 1000 island, italian, salsa or sour cream.
