• The Brewing Process
O.G.1.080 MAGGIE IMPERIAL IPA IBU'S 100
If you love Maggie, the man to thank for this beer is Ted Gisske, one of Wisconsin's great homebrewers.
So when you stop in, ask for Ted and shake his hand.
Brewed with copious amounts of British Malts and Hops. Her grand flavor profile is only matched by the complex hop character. Maggie's nose is rich and sweet with complex malt character and hops. Flavors of citrus fruit, malt and caramel holding a distinctive bitterness throughout the beer. Finishing with a dance of hop flavor on the tongue.
O.G.1.086 MONK SWEAT IBU'S 12
This beer honors the long brewing tradition and intense labor of the Brewing Belgian Monks.
Monk Sweat is malty sweet and fruity with flavors that resemble pear and banana.
Raise your glass, say a prayer and enjoy.
O.G.1.060 FLANDERS NED ALE No hops used
The first in a series of Belgian Styled Beers brewed for the Summer of 2008!
A traditional Belgian Styled Flanders Red Ale.
Sour Cherry and Apple Cider in the nose. Tart with a combination of pear, apple, plum and Concord grape. Finishing clean with the hint of Grapefruit.
Throughout the year we are featuring our Bourbon Barrel Aged beers. We receive fresh bourbon barrels from the Heaven Hill Distillery in
Bardstown, Kentucky. Each beer is aged for at least six months in our cold cellar. The aging creates a smooth palate and the warming effects of the residual flavors in the barrel passes on to be part of the character of the beer.
O.G.1.070 CURLY SCOTCH ALE IBU'S 28
Curly was named after the Captain's sister's Alpha bull on her ranch in Pumpkin Center. Like the beer, Curly the bull is a temperate beast, but you can see the brute just underneath. This award winning beer is malty sweet in the nose with a hint of smoke. Full bodied and rich with malt complexity that flows through the palate, finishing smooth with a whisper of smoke.

O.G.1.068 ERIK the RED IBU'S 28

This beer is named after the great Norwegian explorer Erik the Red who led a group of colonist from Iceland to Greenland in the mid 980’s. The nose is light with hints of fruit and caramel malt. The flavor is complex yet refreshing as the flavors waltz across the tongue finishing clean and refreshing.

O.G.1.042 CAPTAIN FRED AMERICAN LAGER IBU'S 18

This fine beer was named after our Captain’s hero, Captain Frederick Pabst, a pioneer in the young American brewing industry and a true American hero in the eyes of any brewer.
Captain Fred is crisp and refreshing, a true American Lager. The nose is clean with the slight hint of mild hops. the flavor is smooth and refreshing, balanced well between malt and hops. Finishing crisp as your palate begs for more.

O.G.1.066 SPETSNAZ STOUT IBU'S 50

This beer, like its namesake, the Russian Special Forces, “Spetsnaz” is dark and mysterious. Black hue and thick headed standing tall in the glass. The nose is robust with roast, chocolate and coffee, rich body, healthy with the flavors of espresso and dark chocolate finishing smooth.

O.G.1.048 TRAILSIDE WHEAT IBU'S 12

Trailside wheat was voted the second best wheat beer in the nation by USBTC in 2007! This traditional-styled Hefeweissen is brewed with a 50/50 mix of barley and wheat malt and fermented with the traditional Bavarian yeast.
